On the 25th of January 2025, Reverend Angela Odame was ordained at the Cathedral of St. Mary the Virgin in the City of Johannesburg. This joyous occasion marked a significant milestone for our St Stephen’s Sunninghill community as we gathered to witness the beginning of her spiritual journey in service to God and the church. The ceremony was filled with prayer, praise and the overwhelming presence of the Holy Spirit. Reminding us of God’s faithfulness in raising leaders to guide His people. We were indeed blessed and elated to welcome a new priest to our parish.
