Annual Golf Day

Inspired by Archbishop Thabo Makgoba’s call to invest in the future of our youth, the St Stephen’s Education Fund was launched in 2017 to support the education of learners from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Through generous contributions and fundraising efforts, like the annual Golf Day and Thanksgiving Offering, we provide essential resources to learners; from school fees to uniforms and textbooks, to families that face financial challenges.

To date, several beneficiaries have achieved Bachelor’s passes, including one recipient of the prestigious Allan Gray Fellowship scholarship at UCT. The Fund currently supports 14 students across four schools, with three learners preparing to write Matric in 2025.

This is what the St Stephen’s Golf Day is all about — giving young minds the chance to thrive. Join us in making education possible.

Together, we’re empowering futures generations.
